Refund Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following articles.

To exercise this right, the Client must send to Italjuicer España SL. a communication to this effect, within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the products. Said communication must be sent by certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to Italjuicer España SL., Carrer Joan de la Cierva, 3-5, Nave 4, 08960 Sant Just Desvern Catalonia Spain, or in advance by telegram, email or fax sent within the aforementioned period of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt, MANDATORY sent within the following 48 hours. Once the aforementioned withdrawal communication is received, the instructions on the return method will be quickly communicated to the customer, assigning, if necessary, a unique RMA code for the return of the product(s), which must reach Italjuicer España SL. within 10 days from authorization. For this purpose, the date of delivery to the post office or to the carrier will be taken as a reference.

The purchased good must be returned intact, unused, complete in all its parts and in the original packaging (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to place it in a second box, on which the label provided by Italjuicer España SL with the RMA number (return authorization code) will be affixed; Placing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided in all cases.

Shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer; Nor will delivery costs to the customer and any other accessory costs indicated at the time of placing the order be refunded.

Shipping, until confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: it applies to the product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on one or more parts of the purchased product, such as, for example, attached accessories and software; It does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Italjuicer España SL will inform the client of the event (within 5 business days from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to file a timely complaint against the chosen carrier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.

Italjuicer España SL is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to evaluate possible damage or manipulations not derived from transportation. If the packaging and/or the original packaging is damaged, Italjuicer España SL will retain a percentage of the refund due, which will not exceed 10%, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

Except for possible restoration costs due to damage found to the original packaging, Italjuicer España SL will proceed to refund the customer the amount already paid for the purchase of the merchandise, within 14 days of its return, through the cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the credit card.

The right of withdrawal wanes completely, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its content), in cases where Italjuicer España SL confirms: the use, even partial, of the good and possible consumer materials; the lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging; the absence of component elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts); damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation.

In the event of lapse of the right of withdrawal, the merchandise will remain at the headquarters of Italjuicer España SL at the Customer’s disposal for collection at their expense.

Articles excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the supply of goods that are made to measure or clearly personalized (particular colours, etc.) or that, due to their nature, cannot be reshipped or run the risk of deteriorating or being altered quickly (electrical material). Likewise, there is no right of withdrawal in relation to products that must be expressly imported from abroad or that must be specifically built.
