Payment methods

ITALJUICER S.R.L. accepts payments with the following methods:

Bank Transfer

The order form for purchases with payments by bank transfer will provide the necessary instructions to complete a correct transaction.

If you purchase the products with a credit card, upon completing the online purchase, you will receive detailed instructions to make the payment.

The payment will be net, for the beneficiary, of possible expenses and costs to be made in one of the following IBAN codes.

Any bank charges, charged to the client by their own bank, will be borne by the client.

In the event that, for any reason, the charging of amounts owed by the customer is impossible, the purchase process will be automatically canceled and the purchase will be cancelled.

Credit card

ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL accepts payments by credit card. The order form for credit card purchases will provide the instructions necessary to complete a successful transaction.

In the case of purchasing products with a credit card, upon completing the online purchase, the reference bank will proceed to authorize the amount corresponding to the purchase itself.

In case of withdrawal by the client or non-acceptance of the order by ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL, the latter will cancel the transaction and separate the amount to be paid. For some types of cards, release times depend exclusively on the banking system and can be up to 24 days from the authorization date.

IITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL reserves the right to charge the amount of the order placed by the Client to the latter’s credit card to avoid the expiration of the transaction authorization, which occurs after 23 days.

ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL reserves the right to request certain information from the Client (for example, landline telephone number) or send a copy of the documents that prove the ownership of the credit card used. If the requested documents are not received, ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL reserves the right not to accept the order.

ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL will not be able to access, at any time during the purchase process, the data related to the buyer’s credit card, which will be transmitted through a secure connection directly by the banking entity that manages the transaction. These data will not be stored in any computer file of ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL and cannot, in any case, be considered responsible for the fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties, during the payment of products purchased on the page.

Finally, in cases where the client pays by credit card, ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL will not be responsible for the good result of the transaction, which depends exclusively on the company that provides online payment services and which, in any case, will be chosen among the most recognized operators in the sector at a national level.

The Client acknowledges that the purchase order and its payment are made through electronic communication networks and services whose correct functioning is beyond the reach of ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL and cannot, in any case, be responsible for the fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties during the payment of the products purchased on the page.

PayPal

If you already have a PayPal account and decide to purchase with it, after placing your order you will be redirected to a PayPal payment page (secure transaction protected by SSL), where you will only need to enter your login credentials. If the payment is made correctly, PayPal will immediately proceed to charge your account with the amount corresponding to the purchase made, sending us the confirmation of your order.

At no time during the purchase process will we be able to access data related to your credit card or other data entered from your PayPal account.

In some cases, our Customer Service may contact you and request more information to confirm ownership of your PayPal account. In this case, shipping times will depend on the duration of these controls.

In the event of revocation of the contract and subsequent cancellation of the order, the amount corresponding to the purchase made will be periodically returned to your PayPal account. The return methods for payment made with PayPal depend exclusively on PayPal.

Scalapay

The order form for purchases with Scalapay will provide the necessary instructions to complete a correct transaction. If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. Please note that the quotas will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related entities and their assignees, and that you authorize such transfer.

Billing

ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL issues a tax invoice for each order sent, sending it by postal mail to the buyer, in accordance with article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000. This document must be retained as proof of purchase in case warranties must be applied. The tax invoice will be prepared according to the information provided by the client in the order form. Once the tax invoice is issued, it is not possible to make changes to the data that appears on it.
