LOW-SPEED MOTOR
The M100 features a motor capable of operating at very low speeds (43 rpm) for slow, cold, and oxidation-free extraction. With the M100, juice retains all its vitamins and tastes much better than with a conventional juicer, as it also preserves the organoleptic properties of the vegetables (flavour, colour, aroma, and texture).
HIGH-SPEED MOTOR
The second motor powers the blender, designed to spin the blade system at high speed (26,500 rpm), resulting in very creamy textures in less time.

Smart and autonomous juicer
JUST INTRODUCE THE FRUIT AND START IT UP, THE JUICER TAKES CARE OF THE REST
The motor measures the pressure inside the extraction chamber and detects when it’s necessary to alternate normal and reverse rotation to avoid clogs and achieve uniform extraction. It extracts every last drop of juice and leaves no pieces unjuiced, so nothing goes to waste.
Additionally, it features an automatic shut-off system that stops the appliance 5 minutes after the extraction starts, so you don’t have to monitor its operation.
High-speed blender
In blender mode, the M100 combines a system of 6 surgical-grade steel blades with a 1000W motor capable of reaching a maximum of 26,500 rpm.
Thanks to its speed and power, it can crush hard ingredients like ice and achieve very creamy textures.
Quick and effortless cleaning
The juicer features Ultem filters, a material that’s very easy to wash because it allows residues to be removed with just water, unlike juicers with steel filters.
In blender mode, it has an automatic cleaning mode that is quick and effortless.
Larger capacity for more juice
This model has increased capacity compared to previous models, now holding up to 2 litres of fruit in the container. At 139 mm, the intake mouth is also larger, so most ingredients don’t need to be cut up to be inserted into the juicer, and those that do only need a few cuts.
