Shipping method

Only orders with delivery in Spanish territory will be accepted and may be processed. Shipments will be made by courier. The customer will be able to see the status of the request through the page, in the area reserved for purchase history.

Shipping costs

Delivery costs are clearly specified on the page and in the order text. Payment for products purchased online by the customer will be made using the method chosen during the order. The customer does not owe anything more with respect to the order total shown during the purchase procedure.

Responsibility

No liability can be attributed to ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL in case of delay in the processing of the order or in the delivery of the product. The contractual provision of ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL. with the customer ends when the products purchased by the latter are delivered by mail. The delivery of the products by mail will be carried out on the ground floor of the customer’s home unless otherwise stipulated with the customer service or due to the technical characteristics of the product.

Shipping method and costs

When the courier delivers the product, the customer must verify:

  1. that the quantity of the packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document received via email;
  2. that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or altered, nor are the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal seal).

Possible damage to the packaging or product, or non-compliance with the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported, with a COMMENT NEXT TO THE SIGNATURE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE COMMENT, for example “holed packaging”, “crushed packaging”, etc.) on the courier’s receipt of receipt. Once the courier’s document is signed, the client will not be able to make any claim regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. Possible problems related to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within two months of the verification, according to the procedures provided for in this document.

In the event that the product remains in the postal warehouses for 5 working days due to the repeated impossibility of delivering it to the address indicated by the Client during the order, the product will return to the warehouses of ITALJUICER ESPAÑA SL.

Shipping to the Canary Islands

The calculation of the shipping rate to the Canary Islands will be carried out directly on the page before proceeding to payment and will depend on the Postal Code of the destination address.

Sales to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT and this will also be reflected in the calculation of the total amount and prior to the appearance of the screen to make the payment.

When the product arrives in the Islands, and the import process is carried out, the IGI will be generated, an amount for which the buyer of the good is responsible and which upon completing the purchase, he/she agrees to cover without exceptions or delays.
